They have a choice of three heads one helmeted and two bare two backpack icons, and three shoulder pads one featuring the sigil for Ragnar Blackmane's Great Company, one for Logan Grimnar's, and a blank one. The kit includes 24 heads and 22 shoulder pads, which are interchangeable across the rest of the squad, as are the weapons.
